PATRICK J. O'SHEA concentrates his practice on intellectual property matters, including contested patent, transactional and licensing matters, patent preparation and prosecution, and patent litigation. He has substantial experience counseling and resolving domestic and foreign disputes for publicly traded companies regarding patent rights and rending expert opinions concerning patent matters.
Mr. O'Shea was previously a partner at Gauthier & Connors, LLP (formerly Samuels, Gauthier & Stevens, LLP) in Boston, and prior to that an associate at Cesari & McKenna, LLP in Boston. Prior to entering private practice Mr. O'Shea was an electrical engineer at the Hamilton Standard Division of United Technologies Corporation, and a patent agent and finally a patent attorney at the corporate headquarters of United Technologies Corporation.
